….speaking of extraordinary, here’s a great new word to know:
非常 fēi cháng extraordinary (unusual / extraordinary / extreme / very / exceptional)
非 means without and 常 means usual, so 非常 is quite literally “not usual”. Cool, right? You’ll hear this word used very often in many different situations, usually in phrases such as 非常好！ Extraordinarily good!
